What is the minimum order total?

Our minimum order is $250.00.

How do I gain access to the website?

New Customers - send an email to stating that you are a new customer.  Kindly provide a few details about your company. Please note that we can only ship to commercial addresses.
Existing Customers - send an email to stating that you are an existing customer and would like access.  Include your company name and location.
Forgot Password?  Simply click on the "Help I forgot Password" and enter your email address.  It will be emailed to you within a few moments.

I have a gift section in another form of business….Can I order?

We pride ourselves in supplying gift stores and protect the integrity of our client base. We do not want to sell to our customers clientele at wholesale prices. So if your business is not registered as a giftware business we are sorry but will not be able to sell to you.  Again, customers must have a commercial address.  We would prefer that our product line is not sold via Facebook, or posted with pricing.  We have the right to refuse sales.

I am a decorator….Can I buy your products for my clients?

As our products are sold in minimum quantities per item, it may be difficult for decorators to purchase from us. Feel free to contact us to discuss.

How does shipping work?

We ship via the best and most affordable method available. We ship with a number of different carriers who give us the best rates possible. Note - freight charges are unrelated to the price of the item.  Using a 10% or 15% rule of thumb for freight costs is not possible.  Freight costs are determined by 1.) the physical or dimensional weight of the shipment, whichever is greater. 2.) Your postal code.  If your postal code has a "0" as in V0E, it is a more remote location.  The larger the shipment the less cost per lb.

I have damage in my shipment…What do I do?

We understand that damages occur. We ask that you keep all packing materials and do not throw it away. Note the evident damage on the waybill.  We will make a claim with the shipping company and they may schedule an inspection. We include a note with every shipment as a reminder. 

I am missing items from my shipment….What do I do?

Occasionally, freight companies will seperate shipments, meaning you may receive partial boxes on one day, and the balance the next day. If all boxes have been received, please look through your entire order opening all inner boxes. If items are still missing, please email or fax to 905 670 3347.

Do you ship to the USA?

At this time, we only ship within Canada.

Can I pre order and drive to pick up my products to save the ship cost?

We are unable to pre pack pick up orders but we are sure you will find fantastic items not always available online in our showroom and welcome to come and shop our wholesale warehouse.. Please contact us if any questions.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard & Interac etransfer for orders that are being shipped. In our cash n carry warehouse, Visa, Mastercard, Debit and Cash.

Can I bring a GUEST to your Cash n Carry showroom

We only allow business employees to accompany buyers.

What do I need to bring with me to shop at your CASH N CARRY SHOWROOM

If you have never bought from us before and are not registered in our system we will require proof that your company is a reseller of gift and home décor. This is generally a Master Business License.

Do I have to buy the same per piece quantity minimums when I shop at the showroom

In the showroom you can buy one of this and one of that but for shipping purposes we have minimum quantities per item.

When will my credit card be charged?

You will not be billed until your order has been packed. It will be shipped once payment has been verified.  We are unable to pick and pack orders for the sole purpose of providing freight costs.

Can I order COD or send you a cheque once I know the total amount with freight charge

Unfortunately, at this time, we cannot offer COD, or proforma invoicing

I have multiple locations. Can I split quantity minimums?

If we are shipping to multiple locations, we cannot break apart case or boxed quantities. If you want large bulk quantities Call us and we can come up with a solution together.

I have backordered items. Can I wait and have it all shipped together?

YES, we can wait until your order is complete but you run the risk of having some of the in stock items now being SOLD OUT when the back orders arrive. Our wholesale warehouse is open daily and we ship regularly across the country, sometimes only limited quantities of certain items are available. We have a first come first served policy for product.

I love my order and it SOLD OUT faster than I thought. How fast can I get more?

In most cases we can ship quickly but with certain items, especially seasonal items we DO SELL OUT QUICKLY. So try to make sure you order enough when you see that FABULOUS item you know your customers will love!

Please note - all retail distributors must agree that our products are not to be advertised / auctioned / shown with pricing on social media sites such as Facebook.  Advertising your store is ok but please do not show individual items. 

Orders that are cancelled after being picked, packed, and processed will incur a 20% restocking fee.  Ask us for further details.
